Algerri, in the Nogeura region, is the hometown of Teresa Carles. We are getting to know her family from an intimate perspective, something she has never shared before. We are privileged to discover her land; a land that has accompanied her and taught her so much during her childhood. We learn that the conservator was raised by a family that loves cooking – especially vegetarian meals- an aspect that has allowed her to always be in touch with nature.
